On Wednesday Lindsay lohan was told to go to the outpatient rehab program as directed by the judge which will include frequent counselling and on the other hand have given Lindsay Lohan the permission for working as well.
According to the Los Angeles superior court judge ELDEN S.FOX “MEAN GIRLS†must undergo several times a week until November for psychotherapy and counselling sessions .The judge permited Lindsay Lohan to continue living in the Los Angeles but with an agreement that she would ramdomly submit the drugs and alcohol testing at least twice a week.
Elden s.fox tried to lay out the term of Lindsay Lohan so that she gets released early from an inpatient rehab center while the 10 minutes hearing ,which Lindsay Lohan did not attended. The Judge commanded the actress ‘release at 5p.m Tuesday positively.
The judge did gave certain incentives and rewards to Lindsay lohan .He diminished the actress two drug count that she was guilty of in 2007 and also said that the actress Lindsay Lohan will go under special supervision ,will be charged if she goes against his orders.
A prosecutor had complained that the judge had met the defence attorneys and called rehab programs without notifying .
Revel who ruled said that Lindsay had avoided her seven alcohol education classes since December in 2007 drug case.Lindsay lohan had to spend 14 days in the jail and then was taken to the rehabilitation facility at RONALD REAGAN UCLA medical center, where shewas suppose to stay for 3months.
FOX said that he presented his reports on the bases of Lindsay Lohan’s doctor by showing the 3 years of filing and medical records.
Shawn Chapman who is Lindsay Lohan ‘s attorney said that lohan is eager ready to prove that she agrees with the fox’s orders.
Holly said,she has changed and is healthy ,clear headed and is positive in looking forward.
Holley saidthat Lohan would not attend a screening of her latest film project as well, “Machete,” that is fixed on Wednesday evening. But she said Lindsay Lohan’s treatment schedule will allow her to resume working.
Holley even said that “this was a good day for her in court, she has complied with everything that has been asked of herâ€Â.
